Hough told us the 18-year-old “Hannah Montana” actor should be ready for the grueling competition when the show returns to ABC on Sept. 22. “Right now, Cody is definitely getting better,” she said. “But I had to crack the whip a little bit yesterday. This is the first time I’ve worked with someone who’s actually younger than me on the show. I think I’ve been babying him a little bit too much.
