Cody Linley sits down and talks to J-14 Magazine (August 2008 issue) about his move from Texas to California, and how much he is learning. “I’ve had some bumpy times. I came home one day and there were no lights because I didn’t pay the electric bill. I thought it was included in the rent.” Cody gets along great with his roommates, actors Logan Henderson and Josh Blaylock. “We have a really great time, but the food isn’t as good because I’m cooking it, not my mom. I grocery shop, but I get ice cream and Mac ‘n’ Cheese because I’m choosing. It’s cool!”

I’ve done different commercials and looping on set in movies and overdubbing but I’ve never done a video game. Blog Girl: How was it working with Jesse McCartney? Cody: It’s funny because I’ve never met him and we’re working on a lot of stuff together and we’re in the same magazines. I want to meet him! He actually recorded his part the day before me. So I heard a bunch of his clips because we have conversations during the game so sometimes the producers would let me listen to him so I had an idea of what we were working with and then I’d do my line.
